This 2-storey red brick home has a southern exposure which provides bright living accommodation. The white painted veranda, with balconies and decks at the exterior make this an ideal location throughout all seasons.
The dining/living room, complete with patio door to the balcony is warm and inviting. For chilly mornings the gas burning fireplace provides general comfort and warmth throughout the home. In summer the new windows allow for breezes and eliminate the need for the air conditioner which is necessary only in extreme temperatures.
There is a large master bedroom and a smaller bedroom upstairs with an adjacent bathroom. The lower level bedroom is serviced by the second bathroom.
